In order to get started using your own credentials for our Wave integration, you will need to first register your Wave application. After that, you will need to enter your Client ID and Client Secret on the RootFi dashboard. These steps are elaborated upon in detail below.

Part 1: Register your Wave application

  1. Go to the Wave Developer Portal
  2. Sign in using your Wave credentials, and click the ‘Create an application’ button on the Manage Applications page.
  1. Enter all the details in the Application form
    1. Redirect URI: ROOTFI CALLBACK URL
  1. Submit the form and then copy the Client ID and Client Secret of the registered app

Part 2: Enter Your Client ID and Client Secret on the RootFi Dashboard

  1. Log in to the RootFi dashboard.
  2. Select the ‘Integrations’ tab on the sidebar - here you will see a list of platforms you can integrate with.
  3. Click the ‘Set Up’ button which is present on the Wave card.
  4. Enter the ‘Client ID’ and ‘Client Secret’ which you copied from Wave Developer platform.
